# UAE Uniforms > Uniform manufacturer and supplier in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Family-run since 2010, > trading as UAE Uniforms (registered as Nexus Worldwide Trading LLC). Around nine in ten > garments are made in the UAE rather than imported and resold. Capacity runs beyond 100,000 > pieces a month, from a minimum order of 10 pieces. ## About the company UAE Uniforms designs, manufactures and supplies workwear and uniforms across the United Arab Emirates, and exports to Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The business was founded in 2010 by Farhan Qadir and is run with his brother Adnan Qadir. The team is about 28 people, including 15 tailors. There is a sampling and production unit in Dubai covering stitching, overlocking, bar-tacking, button work, embroidery and pressing, plus a production unit in Ajman working to UAE Uniforms' own developed patterns. A small share of volume is handled through an overseas supply partner. Embroidery and printing are done in house, so logos, thread colours and placement stay consistent between orders. Customers range from single walk-in buyers at the Bur Dubai showroom to hotel groups, hospitals, schools, security companies, industrial contractors and aviation operators placing orders in the thousands. Roughly half of revenue is custom manufactured uniforms, a fifth is hotel linen, a fifth is ready stock sold off the shelf, and the remainder is promotional wear and custom textile products. ## How ordering works - **Minimum order:** 10 pieces for custom manufacturing. The unit price falls as quantity rises. Ready stock sold online has a minimum of 12 pieces. - **Lead time:** 7 to 10 working days for a small run of roughly 15 to 20 pieces. Bulk orders depend on quantity and are quoted per job. - **Samples:** charged at a one-off rate, which is higher per piece than production pricing. The sample charge is waived when the order is confirmed with advance payment. - **Measurement:** UAE Uniforms staff travel to the client's premises and measure the team at no charge, up to about 50 people in a day. - **Payment:** 60% deposit, 40% on delivery. Orders are accepted against LPOs from larger companies, and smaller businesses such as salons, spas and clinics are supplied without an LPO. Credit terms are available to established clients, but not on a first order. - **Reorders:** every client's patterns, sizes, colours and specification are kept on record, so replacement pieces months or years later match the original garments. - **Delivery:** free anywhere in the UAE on orders above 10 pieces, typically 24 to 48 hours after production is complete.
