These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UAE Uniforms website (uaeuniforms.com) and any quote, order or purchase you make with us, whether online, by phone, by WhatsApp, by email or in our showroom. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. Please read them carefully.
UAE Uniforms is a Dubai-based uniform manufacturer and supplier serving businesses across the United Arab Emirates and internationally. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean UAE Uniforms; references to "you" and "your" mean the customer placing an enquiry or order.
Most uniform categories are quote-required. Submitting a configuration or enquiry is a request for pricing, not a binding order, and no payment is taken until you approve a formal quote. Select ready-stock items may be available for instant online checkout, where the price is calculated and charged at the time of order. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (for quote-based orders) or when your online payment is completed (for ready-stock items).
Prices for custom orders are confirmed on your individual quote and depend on garment type, fabric, quantity, customization and delivery requirements. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them (typically 14–30 days) and may be revised if your requirements change or if fabric and material costs change significantly before you confirm. Prices are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed, and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Bulk and custom categories carry a minimum order quantity (MOQ) shown on the relevant page. Orders below the MOQ may be declined or may require a small-batch surcharge, which we will confirm with you before production begins.
For orders involving embroidery, printing or custom artwork, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, trademarks or designs you supply. By providing artwork, you confirm you hold the necessary rights and permissions. We will prepare a design proof and, where relevant, a physical sample for your written approval before full production begins. Production timelines start only after you approve the proof and, where applicable, pay the agreed deposit. We are not responsible for errors (including spelling, colour or placement) in artwork approved by you.
Ready-stock checkout items are charged in full at the time of order. Quote-based orders are invoiced according to the payment terms stated on your quote, which may include a deposit before production and the balance before or on delivery. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or on your invoice. Production and delivery may be held until due payments are received.
Standard production is typically 7–10 business days after proof and sample approval, though timelines vary with order size, customization and season, and are confirmed on your quote. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We deliver across all UAE emirates and ship internationally; delivery charges, where applicable, are confirmed at quote or checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Because custom uniforms are produced to your specification, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production or the proof-approval stage has begun. Any deposit paid toward a custom order may be non-refundable once materials have been cut or production has started. Please review your quote, sizing and proof carefully before approving.
Every order passes through our quality-inspection process before dispatch. If you believe an item does not match the approved specification or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within a reasonable period of delivery with details and photos, and we will review and, where appropriate, remake or correct the affected items. This does not cover issues arising from customer-approved artwork, normal wear, or misuse. See our Quality Assurance page for how we protect quality at every stage.
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics and layout — is the property of UAE Uniforms and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Brand materials you provide remain your property and are used only to fulfil your order.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
