Quality begins on the production floor. Every project starts with a detailed review of your specification, so our team understands your brand, sizing and requirements before a single length of fabric is cut. Fabrics are inspected on arrival and selected for the UAE climate — breathable, durable and colour-fast through repeated washing and daily wear.
During cutting, stitching and embroidery, our tailors and quality supervisors carry out checks in real time to catch and correct any inconsistency immediately. We monitor stitch tension, seam strength, colour accuracy, embroidery placement and fabric alignment at regular intervals, and each batch is verified before it moves to the next stage. In uniform production, this includes measuring garments against the approved size chart and checking stitching lines for consistency across the whole run. Catching issues early prevents rework and delays — saving time and cost for you.
Before any order is packed and shipped, our quality team carries out a final inspection, checking each item against the approved sample and specification. For embroidered and printed garments this includes stitch density, thread trimming, print sharpness and placement; for tailored pieces it includes fit, finish and pressing. Every order is folded, labelled and cross-checked against the size breakdown and order details before it leaves us.
