No. For custom and bulk categories, submitting your requirements is a request for a quote, not a binding order. No payment is taken until you review and approve a formal quote. A binding order is created only once you confirm the quote in writing (or complete online payment for ready-stock items).
It depends on the item. Ready-stock apparel can be ordered in small quantities, while custom and bulk categories carry a minimum order quantity (MOQ), usually 50 pieces per design. Tell us what you need and we'll advise the best route.
Yes. Our showroom is at New Gold Souq, Al Mina Street, Bur Dubai, open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You can compare fabrics, check colours, confirm sizing and see sample garments before you order.
We supply businesses and organizations of every size — from a single small team to programs covering thousands of employees. Individuals can also order ready-stock apparel and accessories.
Most custom designs have a minimum order of 50 pieces per design. The 50-piece minimum is per design, not per size, so you can spread it across your team's full sizing range. Orders below the MOQ may be possible with a small-batch surcharge, which we confirm before production.
Pricing depends on the garment type, fabric, quantity, customization (embroidery, printing, colour matching) and delivery requirements. Because every program is different, we don't publish blanket prices — send us your requirements on WhatsApp for an accurate quote, usually the same day.
Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise on your quote. Your formal quote will show the full breakdown.
Quotes are typically valid for 14–30 days. If fabric or material costs change significantly before you confirm, or if your requirements change, we may revise the quote — we'll always confirm any change with you first.
Yes. Larger volumes and ongoing programs benefit from better per-unit pricing. Because we keep your spec on file, repeat and reorder pricing is quick to confirm.
Yes. We do in-house embroidery and printing, so we can add your logo, name badges, department marks and rank insignia. Send us your artwork and we'll advise the best method (embroidery, screen print or DTF) for your design and garment.
Yes. We offer Pantone colour matching for fabric dyeing and branding, so your uniforms align with your brand guidelines.
Yes. For any custom or branded order we prepare a design proof and, where relevant, a physical sample for your written approval before we start full production. Nothing is cut until you're happy.
Yes. Our design team offers free consultations to help you choose colours, fabric weights, styling and logo placement that suit your brand and industry.
Absolutely. Department colour-coding and role-specific styling are common in the programs we produce — every role stays identifiable while the whole organization reads as one brand.
Yes. Modest-dress cuts, longer lengths and hijab-coordinated colours are available across our uniform ranges.
Standard production is around 7–10 business days once your design proof, sizing and fabric are approved. Timelines vary with order size, customization and season, and are confirmed on your quote.

Yes. A design proof and sample garment are prepared for your approval before we cut fabric for the full order, so you can confirm fit, colour and finish first.
We can run coordinated sizing sessions and keep your size curve on file, so rollouts and new-joiner orders fit correctly without repeated measuring. Made-to-measure is available for leadership or specific roles.
We select fabrics specifically for the UAE climate — breathable, durable and colour-fast through repeated washing and daily wear. Options range from wool-blend suiting and poly-viscose tailoring to antimicrobial medical fabrics, heavy drill workwear, FR-treated and certified hi-vis materials, depending on the garment.
Yes. Workwear and industrial garments are built at the failure points — reinforced seams, knees and pockets — and produced in fabrics rated for hard daily use and industrial laundering.

Yes. We produce certified hi-vis garments and FR-treated options specified to your safety standard, with compliance labelling maintained so kit passes site induction checks.
We deliver across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — and we ship internationally for clients based outside the UAE.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are confirmed at the quote or checkout stage and depend on order size and destination. Bulk orders often qualify for complimentary delivery.
Yes. For openings, events and seasonal deadlines we schedule production backwards from your date. Share your deadline early and we'll plan to land the order before you need it.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or on your invoice. Ready-stock items are paid in full at checkout; quote-based orders are invoiced per the terms on your quote.
Custom orders are typically invoiced with a deposit before production and the balance before or on delivery — the exact terms are stated on your quote. Production begins once the deposit is received and the proof is approved.
Yes. Online payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment but never collect or store your card details.
We keep your specification, sizing and artwork on file, so reorders and new-joiner orders reproduce the originals exactly — usually within days and without repeating the design and approval stage.
Yes. Multi-site organizations run one retained program spec with per-location quantities, so every branch looks identical while ordering is managed centrally.
