Chef Jacket

Description

A double-breasted chef jacket in 210 gsm poly-cotton, heavy enough to hold its shape through a full service and stand up to commercial laundering. The double front lets a cook reverse the panel when the first side takes a splash, which is the whole point of the design.

Choose plain white, or white with black or red piping if you want brigade ranks to read at a glance across a busy pass. Removable stud buttons are available so the jacket survives industrial washing without losing its fastenings. Half sleeve suits hot line work; full sleeve gives more protection near the range.
